ORDER APPROVAL • Pushing Submit verifies that you have thoroughly reviewed your order, there are no changes and it is Approved to proceed. • Changes or Additions after your order is in process, can result in a delay of your order due date. • Cancellation of your order after it is in process will result in a Restocking Fee.
ART APPROVAL. DELAYS of Art Approval can result in DELAYS of your Due Date. • Art Approval will come to you via E•Mail unless you made other arrangements. • If you do not see your artwork prior to 4 days of your Order Due Date, please call the Art Desk at 630.851.0000 • ‘Multiple’ changes and/or additions to your design can delay your Order Due Date.
RUSH JOBS (Normal job processing time 10 -14 working days ) Jobs needed in 7 working days or less must be approved through the Production Dept and Art Dept. • You will be given an approx., Art Approval Date, please watch for the Email . • Add-Ons to Rush Jobs are not accepted please. • If you do not see your Art Email when expected, please call the Art Desk art 630.851.0000 • Please leave an email address or two, and more than one phone number for us to contact you. • No verbal approvals are taken and we can’t print without final art approval.
SUPPLIED GOODS POLICY! IMPORTANT!!! We do not print on items over $50 each in value. We cannot guarantee your item against human error or mfg defect. Providing your own goods is at your risk. This is due to the many variables like fabric quality, plastic zippers/liners, poor construction, weak dye, etc and/or machine problems. We do not replace or reimburse for supplied goods.
